ANALISA RESIKO KECELAKAAN KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE HIRARC DI BENGKEL SATRIA CANDRA MOTOR DUSUN KAPAS (WORK ACCIDENT RISK ANALYSIS USING HIRARC METHOD AT WORKSHOP SATRIA CANDRA MOTOR DUSUN KAPAS)

Abstract

Occupational health and safety are important for the company and employees because the impact of accidents and occupational diseases is very detrimental to employees. This research was conducted at the Satria Candra Workshop which focuses on the acceptance of automotive services. This study aims to analyze the risk of work accidents using the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method. HIRARC is a method for preventing or reducing workplace accidents. Hazard Identification is an effort to find out the dangers in every activity in the company that is useful for reducing the chance of accidents, providing understanding and awareness of potential hazards, and providing information in the form of documents about the source of danger to workers and other parties. The results of the observations showed that the workers in the study were not equipped with PPE and the work environment was unsafe. A risk assessment is carried out to measure how significant the impact of the identified problem identification is. This risk assessment is carried out using two parameters, namely likelihood, and severity.
