Pengaruh Struktur Aktiva , Current Ratio Dan Return On Equity Terhadap Struktur Modal (Studi Pada Perusahaan Property, Real Estate Dan Building Contruction Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019)
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to examine the effect of Asset Structure, Current Ratio and Return On Equity on Capital Structure in property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with criteria (1) Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. (2) The company publishes its complete financial statements for 2015-2019. (3) Companies that have complete financial data to calculate the variables in this study during the period years 2015-2019. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The research data were calculated using the SPSS (Statistical package For social science) software program version 24.0. Hypothesis testing using t statistic to test the effect of variables partially and f-statistic test to test the variables together on the capital structure with a level of significance of 5%. In addition, the classical assumption test was carried out which included normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Based on the results of the study simultaneously the independent variable affects the capital structure with a significance value of 0.000% F. Partially the asset structure variable, current ratio has a significant effect on the capital structure of property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. Meanwhile, return on equity (ROE) does not have a significant effect on capital structure.
