Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of interest, motivation and cognitive intelligence on learning achievement. Data were collected through questionnaires and implemented 100 students of Management. Pamulang University. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 17. The sampling technique using census method and test data techniques used in this study include tests of validity by factor analysis, reliability tests with Cronbach. classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the hypothesis of the study. The analysis showed that the interest in having a positive influence on learning achievement. Motivation has a positive influence on learning achievement and cognitive intelligence have a positive influence on learning achievement.
