Rancang Bangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kelompok dalam Penentuan Pegawai Terbaik Menggunakan Metode TOPSIS Dan AHP

This research aims to design an application of group decision support system in determining the best employee in the neighborhood AMIK Copyright Darma Surakarta. The parties involved in the decision making is the Director of Human AMIK Darma Surakarta, Assistant Director I, Assistant Director II, III Assistant Director, Head of Personnel, Academic Head, Head of Finance, Head of Unit Laboratory as well as fellow employees. Each party to the decision makers assess based on different criteria and define each alternative decision. Decision making using TOPSIS and AHP. The results showed the method TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) can be used to determine the right decision, because each alternative assessed based on the pros and cons. The results also showed AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) can improve the validity of the priority interests of the weight value criteria.Downloads
