Pengaruh Manajemen Waktu Terhadap Keberhasilan Pratiku Jaringan Pada Siswa TKJ

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen waktu terhadap keberhasilan praktikum jaringan pada siswa Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ). Praktikum jaringan merupakan salah satu kegiatan inti dalam pembelajaran TKJ yang menuntut keterampilan teknis, ketelitian, serta pengelolaan waktu yang efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI TKJ di salah satu SMK negeri, dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner manajemen waktu dan lembar penilaian hasil praktikum. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen waktu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan praktikum jaringan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,58. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 58% variasi keberhasilan praktikum dapat dijelaskan oleh kemampuan siswa dalam mengelola waktu, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti motivasi belajar, fasilitas laboratorium, dan bimbingan guru. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguasaan manajemen waktu bagi siswa TKJ agar dapat menyelesaikan tugas praktikum dengan efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, strategi pembelajaran perlu diarahkan pada penguatan keterampilan manajemen waktu sebagai bagian integral dari kompetensi profesional siswa.
