Meningkatkan Daya Saing UMKM dalam Ekosistem Startup melalui Digital marketing

Peningkatan daya saing UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) di era digital menjadi sangat penting, terutama dalam ekosistem startup yang semakin berkembang. Salah satu cara efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan digital marketing. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi yang tepat untuk membantu UMKM PKK Curug Bojongsari mengatasi kendala yang ada dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi digital. Program pelatihan digital marketing yang melibatkan penggunaan media sosial, e-commerce, SEO, dan alat analitik digital menunjukkan hasil positif, di mana banyak pelaku UMKM berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan, memperluas pasar, dan meningkatkan penjualan. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan terkait keterbatasan sumber daya, anggaran pemasaran, dan kesiapan teknis dalam penerapan digital marketing. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk mempercepat transformasi digital UMKM, diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan, dukungan finansial, serta kolaborasi yang lebih kuat antara UMKM dan ekosistem startup. Diharapkan temuan ini dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pemerintah, pelaku industri, dan UMKM untuk mendorong adopsi digital marketing secara lebih luas dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar global.
