The Community Service activity conducted at Likely Café & Resto located in Depok City, West Java, is based on the partner's challenges in educating their employees about the importance of financial literacy. This activity is conducted to provide understanding and application of financial literacy to the partner's employees. The method used in this activity is a participatory approach in the form of case study discussions. The implementing team of the Community Service Activity from Pamulang University presented financial literacy material and discussed the correlation between financial literacy and the improvement of financial management. The results of the activity show an improvement in the financial literacy understanding of partner employees, so that in the future, employees can solve the financial management problems faced by SMEs and provide practical learning for students.
