Capital management and funding sources are very important aspects in ensuring business sustainability, especially for young entrepreneurs. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding of SMK IPTEK students about capital management and alternative sources of effective funding to support business continuity. The methods used include counseling, interactive discussions, financial management simulations, and case studies of capital and funding management. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and abilities in managing capital effectively and determining funding sources that are in accordance with business needs. It is hoped that this activity will be able to form a young generation who are able to manage finances and business funding sources sustainably and innovatively.
Keywords: capital management, funding sources, business sustainability, financial management.
