Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepatuhan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Waringin Jaya terkait pentingnya legalitas usaha dan tata kelola administrasi yang baik. Program dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan prosedur administratif, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pengurusan legalitas usaha berbasis online. Evaluasi pasca-pelatihan dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur (post-test) dan wawancara mendalam untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan, perubahan persepsi, serta kesiapan perilaku peserta dalam menerapkan legalitas usaha. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 80% peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman signifikan mengenai konsep legalitas usaha, manfaat kepatuhan administrasi, dan kewajiban pajak dasar. Pelatihan dan pendampingan yang komprehensif mampu memperkuat kemandirian serta keberlanjutan usaha UMKM, sekaligus mendukung terciptanya budaya transparansi keuangan di Desa Waringin Jaya. Secara jangka panjang, kegiatan ini diharapkan mendorong terbentuknya kesadaran kolektif mengenai urgensi legalitas usaha sebagai dasar perlindungan hukum dan pengembangan usaha.
