Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bogor City have significant potential to enter international markets; however, most remain focused on domestic markets due to various constraints. The main challenges include limited technical knowledge of export procedures, inadequate human resource capacity, and insufficient resources and external support. To address these challenges, a holistic and practical export outreach program is required through an integrated approach combining theory and practice. This program serves not only as a means of knowledge transfer but also as an empowerment effort to strengthen the mindset and capacity of MSME actors. It is expected that a structured and practice-based outreach program will enhance the readiness of MSMEs in Bogor City to access global markets, expand business networks, and promote local economic sustainability.
