PEMANFAATAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE UNTUK PEMBUATAN KONTEN PROMOSI DIGITAL DI TAMAN BACAAN PERIGI

Transformasi digital saat ini menuntut organisasi nirlaba untuk adaptif dalam memanfaatkan teknologi guna memperluas jangkauan informasinya. Namun, masalah mitra di Taman Bacaan Perigi adalah keterbatasan keterampilan pengelola dan komunitas dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi desain grafis konvensional serta minimnya pemahaman mengenai teknik pembuatan teks promosi (copywriting), sehingga media sosial publikasi mereka tidak berjalan optimal. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi teknologi dan keterampilan praktis mitra dalam memanfaatkan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) generatif secara mandiri untuk memproduksi konten publikasi digital. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui pelatihan berbasis praktik (workshop-based training) yang dikombinasikan dengan pendampingan intensif dengan melibatkan 30 peserta dari unsur pengelola dan remaja setempat. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman konseptual AI peserta sebesar 70% dan keterampilan teknis desain grafis berbasis AI sebesar 65%, serta menghasilkan luaran berupa draf caption, kalender konten, dan poster digital siap pakai. Kesimpulan dari program ini adalah implementasi teknologi AI terbukti efektif memotong hambatan teknis desain bagi masyarakat awam dan mengatasi kendala keterbatasan sumber daya manusia pada organisasi nirlaba. Saran yang direkomendasikan adalah pengelola perlu membentuk tim khusus kreatif digital dari kalangan remaja yang telah dilatih guna menjaga konsistensi publikasi, serta diperlukannya monitoring berkala oleh institusi perguruan tinggi untuk mendampingi perkembangan fitur AI di masa mendatang..
