PENGUATAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA LOKAL UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA BERKELANJUTAN DI DUSUN WONOMULYO

Dusun Wonomulyo memiliki potensi wisata alam berbasis masyarakat yang didukung oleh bentang alam pegunungan, udara sejuk, aktivitas pertanian, dan sumber daya budaya lokal. Namun, potensi tersebut memerlukan kesiapan sumber daya manusia lokal agar pengembangan pariwisata dapat dikelola secara berkelanjutan, partisipatif, dan berbasis masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat pemahaman awal warga mengenai pentingnya pengembangan sumber daya manusia lokal dalam mendukung pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi dan diskusi interaktif bertajuk “SDM Unggul, Pariwisata Maju: Mengembangkan Kompetensi Lokal untuk Pengelolaan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan di Dusun Wonomulyo”. Mitra kegiatan adalah masyarakat Dusun Wonomulyo, Desa Genilangit, Kecamatan Poncol, Kabupaten Magetan, dengan melibatkan 26 peserta dari unsur warga lokal, Karang Taruna, tokoh masyarakat, dan Pokdarwis. Materi mencakup pengembangan SDM, visi pariwisata jangka panjang, kompetensi pariwisata berbasis alam, pembelajaran masyarakat, pemberdayaan UMKM, literasi keuangan, kelembagaan, dan jejaring. Evaluasi kualitatif menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran, identifikasi kebutuhan kompetensi lokal, serta rekomendasi tindak lanjut untuk memperkuat tata kelola pariwisata di Dusun Wonomulyo.
