Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menulis Dan Berkomunikasi Secara Profesional Siswa Tingkat Akhir Dalam Mempersiapkan Dunia Kerja Pada SMK Manggala Tangerang

Data OECD tahun 2022 menunjukkan bahwa hanya 34% lulusan SMA di Indonesia yang memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, sementara sisanya masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun dokumen formal seperti surat lamaran kerja, curriculum vitae (CV), laporan, maupun dalam menyampaikan gagasan secara lisan dalam wawancara kerja atau diskusi profesional. Sehingga kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis dan komunikasi profesional pada siswa kelas XII SMK Manggala Tangerang dalam rangka mempersiapkan diri memasuki dunia kerja. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui metode pelatihan, simulasi, dan diskusi interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal dan pelaksanaan sosialisasi kegiatan, siswa menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan keterlibatan aktif dalam setiap sesi. Selama kegiatan berlangsung, siswa mampu memahami materi yang diberikan dan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam praktik menulis serta komunikasi lisan. Hasil evaluasi melalui umpan balik dan pengamatan lapangan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini efektif dalam membekali siswa dengan kompetensi dasar yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PkM ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung kesiapan kerja siswa SMK secara praktis dan aplikatif.
