TATA KELOLA MEDIA SOSIAL YANG PROFESIONAL DAN BERDAMPAK SOSIAL DI MASJID JAMI AL-BAROKAH TANGERANG SELATAN

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Masjid Jami Al-Barokah Tangerang Selatan dengan fokus pada peningkatan tata kelola media sosial yang lebih profesional dan berdampak sosial. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah belum optimalnya penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana dakwah dan informasi, ditandai dengan ketidakteraturan konten, minimnya strategi komunikasi digital, serta keterbatasan pengetahuan pengurus dalam pengelolaan visual dan pesan. Metode kegiatan meliputi pemetaan kebutuhan, pelatihan dasar komunikasi digital, praktik pembuatan konten, serta pendampingan intensif dalam penerapan strategi unggahan. Hasil PKM menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan pengurus dalam merancang konten yang informatif, menarik, dan sesuai etika komunikasi digital. Selain itu, interaksi jamaah meningkat signifikan setelah adanya konsistensi unggahan dan perbaikan kualitas visual. Program ini membuktikan bahwa penguatan literasi digital di lingkungan masjid dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dakwah dan memperluas dampak sosial melalui media sosia.
