Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed communication patterns in society, particularly among vocational high school students. In today’s digital era, public speaking and creative content creation have become essential competencies that support graduates’ readiness to enter the professional world. However, preliminary observations conducted at SMKS Letris Indonesia 1 South Tangerang revealed that many students still lacked confidence in public speaking and had not optimally utilized digital media for self-development and personal branding. This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to enhance students’ public speaking skills and creative content production abilities as preparation for their future professional careers. The methods employed included observation, socialization, interactive training, simulations, practical exercises, mentoring, and evaluation. The program was conducted from April 20–23, 2026, involving twelfth-grade students as participants. The results demonstrated significant improvements in students’ confidence, communication abilities, message organization skills, and understanding of digital content creation. Furthermore, participants gained greater awareness of personal branding, digital communication ethics, and the strategic use of social media as a professional portfolio. Overall, the program contributed positively to students’ soft skills development and strengthened their readiness to face the demands of the modern workplace in the digital era.
