PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP NIAT BERWIRAUSAHA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Niat Berwirausaha; (2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh Theory Reasoned Action (TRA) Terhadap Niat Berwirausaha; dan (3) untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Niat Berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh Theory Reasoned Action (TRA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode deskriptif analitis dipilih untuk memberikan gambaran atau pemahaman secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat yang  menjelaskan pengaruh dan hubungan (korelasi) di antara variabel-variabel yang ada, sementara pendekatan kuantitatif adalah dalam pengertian bahwa dalam penelitian ini sebelumnya dilakukan pengolahan data hasil survey atau kuesioner dimana merupakan data kualitatif yang diangkakan untuk dapat dilanjutkan dengan pengujian statistik. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Pamulang dengan jumlah siswa keseluruhan 97 siswa, menggunakan jejaring komunikasi social media yang dimiliki peneliti.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan dimensi know how, know who, dan know why memiliki pengaruh terhadap seluruh dimensi TRA yang terdiri dari Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC), Subjective Norm, dan Attitude. Variabel TRA menunjukkan bahwa hanya dimensi Attitude yang memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Niat Berwirausaha. Hasil mediasi menunjukkan Variabel TRA dengan dimensi Attitude menjadi variabel mediasi antara pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Niat Berwirausaha. Untuk itu, maka disarankan bagi dosen pendidikan kewirausahaan untuk memunculkan ide-ide kreatif mahasiswa selama perkuliahan. Bagi peneliti lanjutan untuk diadakan penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan responden yang lebih luas. Bagi universitas pamulang lebih mendukung proses kreatif mahasiswa dengan menyediakan sarana prasarana yang menunjang mereka untuk berwirausaha.
