Keywords:
Restorative Justice, Pancasila, ReconciliationAbstract
The implementation of restorative justice as a manifestation of Pancasila values is an effort to strengthen the foundation of justice that is inclusive and participatory. Restorative justice is an alternative approach in conflict resolution that emphasizes on restitution, reconciliation, and rebuilding of social relationships. This research employs a juridical-normative method with a literature approach to analyze the concept and implementation of restorative justice. The findings indicate that restorative justice strongly aligns with Pancasila values, such as mutual cooperation, social justice, and unity. Through this approach, communities can actively engage in conflict resolution processes, strengthen solidarity, and promote peace. Thus, the application of restorative justice not only reinforces the legal system but also strengthens unity and diversity within the framework of Pancasila values.
