Pengaruh Budaya Keselamatan dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Sikap Melaporkan Insiden Keselamatan dengan Norma Subjektif sebagai Variabel Intervening

Sikap melaporkan insiden keselamatan pasien merupakan hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan karena dapat mengurangi kemungkinan kecelakaan pada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh budaya keselamatan dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap sikap melaporkan insiden keselamatan dengan norma subjektif sebagai intervening. Penelitian bersifat kuantiatif kausalitas. Populasi merupakan 101 perawat yang bekerja di RS Mandaya Karawang. Metode pengambilan sampel berupa sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya keselamatan berpengaruh terhadap norma subjektif dan terhadap sikap melaporkan insiden keselamatan. Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap norma subjektif maupun sikap melaporkan insiden keselamatan pasien. Norma subjektif memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung dari budaya keselamatan terhadap sikap melaporkan insiden keselamatan. Budaya keselamatan, gaya kepemimpinan, norma subjektif secara simultan mampu meningkatkan sikap melaporkan insiden keselamatan pasien. Implikasi dan saran dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
