Analisis Kondisi Operasional dan Potensi Implementasi Inkubator IoT pada UMKM Tempe Jaya Mandiri, Desa Pliken, Banyumas

Pengabdian masyarakat ini mendeskripsikan kondisi operasional awal UMKM Tempe Jaya Mandiri sebelum implementasi inkubator fermentasi berbasis IoT dan panel surya. Fokus kajian meliputi kapasitas produksi, durasi fermentasi, tingkat kegagalan produksi, konsumsi energi, dan indikasi keluhan pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan mitra, dan pengolahan dokumen operasional mitra. Hasil menunjukkan kapasitas produksi sekitar 200 bungkus/hari dengan waktu fermentasi tradisional ~4 hari per batch; variasi lingkungan menyebabkan inkonsistensi mutu dan akumulasi produk cacat; serta porsi biaya energi signifikan untuk perebusan kedelai. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, implementasi inkubator diharapkan memangkas waktu fermentasi (target ~22 jam), menstabilkan suhu/kelembaban fermentasi, mengurangi batch gagal, dan menekan penggunaan listrik melalui panel surya. Temuan kondisi operasional awal ini digunakan sebagai tolak ukur untuk evaluasi pasca-implementasi guna menilai efisiensi teknis, penghematan biaya, dan penerimaan mitra.
