Implementasi Manajemen Keuangan dalam Pengelolaan Uang Saku Sebagai Penunjang Hasil Belajar Santri Tahifz Almubarok
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen keuangan dalam sistem pengelolaan tunjangan di Yayasan Pesantren Tahfiz Al Mubarok Panyeredan Subang Jawa Barat dan dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar santri Yayasan Pesantren Tahifz Al Mubarok Panyeredan Subang Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester pertama tahun ajaran 2023/2024 dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan dengan membandingkan rata-rata pengeluaran bulanan santri tahfiz al Mubarok Panyeredan Subang Jawa Barat dengan rata-rata hasil belajar yang diperoleh santri dalam satu semester. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara langsung wawancara kepada beberapa informan yaitu santri tahfiz al mubarok penyeredan subang jawa barat serta dengan observasi langsung dan pengambilan dokumen terkait seperti uang saku dan hasil belajar Santri Tahfidz Al Mubarok. Panyeredan Subang Jawa Barat. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sistem uang jajan di santri Tahfidz al Mubarok yang tidak memperbolehkan santri-santri membawa uang jajan sendiri ternyata mendukung keberhasilan belajar santri.
