Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pilar utama dalam perekonomian Indonesia, memberikan kontribusi lebih dari 60% terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) nasional (BPS, 2023). Namun, di tengah era digital saat ini, UMKM menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk persaingan yang semakin ketat sebagai akibat dari digitalisasi. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan pengembangan soft skill menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan tersebut terhadap kapasitas UMKM yang berada di Perumahan Bukit Rivaria, Kelurahan Bedahan, Kecamatan Sawangan, Kota Depok. Diharapkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pengembangan UMKM serta menjadi referensi bagi kebijakan pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan terkait.
