Pengelolaan Keuangan Yang Efektif Untuk Mendukung Pengembangan UMKM

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor penting di Provinsi Banten, dengan jumlah sekitar 512.000 pelaku UMKM dan 99.726 unit industri mikro dan kecil pada tahun 2024. Namun, banyak UMKM, termasuk UMKM Tambang Ayam di Kampung Cibaru, Anyar, masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan keuangan seperti pencatatan yang tidak teratur dan rendahnya literasi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi pengelolaan keuangan UMKM, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, serta melihat bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dapat mendukung pengembangan usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan UMKM masih sederhana dan membutuhkan peningkatan melalui pencatatan yang lebih sistematis dan pemisahan keuangan usaha dan pribadi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku UMKM dan pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen keuangan UMKM.
