Pelatihan Optimalisasi Pengelolaan SDM Di Era Digital Pada UMKM Pesisir

UMKM pesisir memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung perekonomian lokal dan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir. Namun, di era digital, UMKM pesisir menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang masih bersifat konvensional, rendahnya literasi digital, serta keterbatasan akses terhadap pelatihan yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pelatihan optimalisasi pengelolaan SDM berbasis digital pada UMKM pesisir serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kompetensi SDM dan kinerja usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM pesisir. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengelolaan SDM di era digital mampu meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya perencanaan SDM, pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam administrasi dan komunikasi kerja, serta peningkatan produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja. Pelatihan ini juga mendorong perubahan pola pikir pelaku UMKM menuju pengelolaan SDM yang lebih profesional dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan optimalisasi pengelolaan SDM berbasis digital perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM pesisir.
