Pengembangan Strategi Pemasaran Berbasis Digital Pada UMKM Lokal Untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, khususnya di wilayah Anyer yang memiliki potensi wisata tinggi. Namun, sebagian besar UMKM masih mengandalkan metode pemasaran tradisional dan belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara optimal. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan strategi pemasaran digital, penggunaan media sosial, pembuatan konten, serta optimalisasi marketplace. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan, praktik langsung, diskusi interaktif, dan evaluasi partisipatif yang melibatkan 25 pelaku UMKM Desa Tambang Ayam. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta mengelola media sosial bisnis, membaca insight, membuat konten, serta menerapkan strategi digital marketing yang tepat. Program ini diharapkan menjadi landasan transformasi digital UMKM secara berkelanjutan
