Strategi Perencanaan SDM Efektif Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing BUMDes Terhadap Perputaran Siklus Distribusi Dan Ekonomi

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Kecamatan Kopo, Kabupaten Serang, dalam meningkatkan daya saing yang efektif sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing BUMDes serta mempercepat perputaran siklus distribusi dan ekonomi di desa. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi rendahnya kompetensi manajerial, kurangnya pemahaman dalam pengelolaan distribusi, serta belum optimalnya pembagian tugas dan fungsi di dalam struktur organisasi BUMDes. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan kompetensi, pendampingan implementasi SOP, serta evaluasi kinerja pasca pendampingan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab interaktif bersama pengurus BUMDes. Hasil kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa perencanaan SDM yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing BUMDes sekaligus mendorong percepatan siklus ekonomi desa. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PKM ini memberikan kontribusi positif pada peningkatan kompetensi manajerial dan perencanaan SDM yang efektif terhadap kesiapan BUMDes menghadapi perputaran siklus distribusi dan ekonomi di Kecamatan Kopo.
