Abstract

This research is aimed to know the influence of work environment, self-efficacy, and the characteristic of participant toward traning transfer. The research was conducted on employees in PT Sinarmas Land, South Tangerang. Sample that was taken as many as 100 respondents. The sample in this research used technique proportional random sampling. The collected data was done by questionnaires using scale Likert 5 points to measure 12 question items. Analytical technique used in this research was Multiple Linier Regression. The result of this research showed that the variable of work environment, self-efficacy, and the characteristic of participantpositively affected towards training transfer of employees in PT. Sinarmas Land, South Tangerang. The company should always pay attention to the work environment, self-efficacy and characteristic of trainee employees. Therefore, the employees would be able to transfer what they have learned in the training center into their occupation.
