Pengaruh Servant Leadership, Competency, Motivation Terhadap Job Performance Dengan Peran Mediasi Work Engagement pada Pegawai Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership, competency, motivation terhadap job performance dengan mediasi work engagement pada pegawai Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari 365 responden melalui survei kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan AMOS. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership, competency, dan motivation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance. Selain itu, work engagement memiliki peran mediasi penuh atas pengaruh servant leadership terhadap job performance, dan work engagement memiliki peran mediasi parsial dalam hubungan pengaruh competency terhadap job performance.  Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu, pertama, pimpinan meluangkan waktu bagi pegawai yang ingin berkonsultasi secara pribadi. Kedua, menciptakan aktivitas bersama di tempat kerja yang dapat mengurangi tingkat stress pegawai. Ketiga, membuat SOP terkait berapa lama pegawai dapat menduduki suatu jabatan tertentu. Keempat, menumbuhkan motivasi pegawai. Kelima, memberikan sanksi yang tegas terkait ketentuan jam kerja.
