Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi (PKO) adalah perilaku positif yang dapat membantu perusahaan mencapai kinerja bisnis yang stabil atau jangka Panjang. Perusahaan harus meningkatkan PKO dengan membuat lingkungan yang mendukung. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubunganantara spiritualitas dan lingkungan kerja padaketerikatan karyawan dan dampaknya pada perilaku kewargaan organisasipada karyawan Lembaga keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan survey untuk mengumpulkan data. Penelitian melibatkan 70 responden dari lembaga keuangan syariah di jawa timur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa spiritualitas dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Di samping itu keterikatan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi pada Karyawan Lembaga keuangan syariah.
