Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance dengan mediasi oleh Organizational Culture, terhadap karyawan Industrial Engineering Manufaktur Dikota Batam. Penelitian  ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui distribusi kuesioner dengan metode survei. Kombinasi teknik purposive sampling dan non-probability sampling digunakan untuk menargetkan karyawan perusahaan manufaktur di kota Batam. Data yang terkumpul yaitu sebanyak 218 kemudian dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan pendekatan partial least squares - structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Transformational Leadership secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi Work Motivation,  Selain itu Transformational Leadership  juga memiliki dampak signifikan dan positif terhadap Organizational Culture. Dan , Organizational Culture secara signifikan mempengaruhi Employee Performance. Kemudian dapat diketahui juga bahwa Transformational Leadership mempunyai dampak yang signifikan positif terhadap Employee Performance, Work Motivation memiliki dampak signifikan positif terhadap Organization Culture dan yang terakhir Work Motivation mempunyai dampak signifikan postif terhadap Employee Performance.
