Abstract

Usaha perdagangan industri dan jasa tidak terlepas dari persaingan yang merupakan salah satu faktor penentu untuk kelangsungan/kontinuitas suatu perusahaan. Perusahaan harus mampu mengembangkan strategi untuk menjawab tantangan dalam implementasi bisnis khususnya di bidang salon dan kecantikan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap pemilik usaha. Objek penelitian ini ialah Girls Eyelash ekstension.  Solusi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam implementasi bisnis ini ialah memperkuat strategi marketing dengan memanfaatkan berbagai sosial media dan layanan endorsement baik menggunakan selebriti atau selebgram lokal.
