Analisis Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Ditinjau Dari Aspek Produksi, Pemasaran dan Keuangan Pada Sambal Bakar Gokil

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis studi kelayakan bisnis dari UMKM Sambal Bakar Gokil, penelitian ini ditinjau berdasarkan analisis aspek non keuangan yaitu aspek produksi dan aspek pemasaran dan untuk aspek keuangan menggunakan analisis Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) dan Profitability Index (PI). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha Sambal Bakar Gokil dari aspek produksi usaha dinyatakan layak, karena lokasi usaha yang strategis, mudah dijangkau oleh para pelanggan, teknologi masih menggunakan alat tradisional sehingga menciptakan cita rasa yang khas dengan proses produksi yang mudah. Aspek pemasaran yang layak, dengan produk yang berkualitas tinggi, harga yang terjangkau, sehingga seluruh kalangan masyarakat dapat membelinya dengan mudah melalui kemitraan layanan aplikasi food delivery. Hasil analisis dari aspek keuangan menunjukkan Usaha Sambal Bakar Gokil ini dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan dengan umur proyek selama 3 tahun pada tingkat discount rate sebesar 10%. Analisis kriteria kelayakan menghasilkan Payback Period (PP) selama 8 bulan 6 minggu, nilai Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp. 46.444.915,- nilai Profitability Index (PI) sebesar 1,16 % dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 6,76%.References
