PENGUKURAN KEBERHASILAN PROGRAM PRODUKSI BERSIH MELALUI PENDEKATAN GREEN LEADERSHIP DAN MANAJEMEN OPERASI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi model pengukuran komprehensif atas keberhasilan Program Produksi Bersih (Cleaner Production/CP) melalui peran ganda Green Leadership dan Manajemen Operasi dalam konteks industri manufaktur. Kebutuhan untuk mengukur keberhasilan CP secara holistik muncul karena adanya kesenjangan antara komitmen pimpinan dan praktik operasional. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain survei eksplanatori pada sampel manajer dan staf operasional yang terlibat dalam CP. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (Structural Equation Modeling/SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Leadership memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Keberhasilan CP, memvalidasi peran pimpinan dalam menanamkan visi keberlanjutan. Lebih lanjut, Manajemen Operasi (melalui praktik efisiensi sumber daya dan rantai pasok hijau) terbukti bertindak sebagai variabel mediasi parsial yang kuat, menegaskan bahwa kesuksesan terukur CP (penurunan limbah dan peningkatan efisiensi ekonomi) dicapai ketika komitmen pimpinan diterjemahkan melalui sistem dan proses operasional yang efisien. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengukuran keberhasilan CP harus mengintegrasikan input manajerial (Green Leadership) dan proses operasional (Manajemen Operasi) sebagai prediktor utama hasil kinerja lingkungan dan ekonomi perusahaan, memberikan panduan praktis untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program
