PENGARUH GREEN LEADERSHIP TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN:
TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS ATAS PERAN KEBERLANJUTAN, TEKNOLOGI HIJAU, DAN TATA KELOLA PERUSAHAAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis pengaruh green leadership terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan mempertimbangkan peran keberlanjutan, teknologi hijau, dan tata kelola perusahaan sebagai variabel antara. Pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR) digunakan dengan mengompilasi enam artikel ilmiah terpublikasi pada periode 1993–2024 yang relevan dengan tema kepemimpinan hijau, inovasi hijau, dan kinerja keuangan organisasi. Analisis dilakukan melalui pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan antara green leadership, inovasi hijau, komitmen organisasi, dan efisiensi energi yang berdampak terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa green leadership secara konsisten berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi teknologi hijau, praktik keberlanjutan, dan tata kelola perusahaan yang efektif. Kepemimpinan hijau mendorong inovasi ramah lingkungan, efisiensi sumber daya, dan peningkatan citra organisasi yang pada akhirnya memperkuat kinerja keuangan. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dengan memetakan integrasi dimensi keberlanjutan dan tata kelola dalam model kepemimpinan hijau, serta kontribusi praktis bagi manajer dan pemimpin organisasi dalam merancang strategi keuangan berkelanjutan.
