Analisis Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Tenaga Pendidik pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Terpadu Pahoa Kabupaten Tangerang

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) and its contribution to improving teacher competence at Sekolah Menengah Pertama Terpadu Pahoa. A qualitative method was used with the S.M.A.R.T approach to evaluate whether HRM programs are planned and implemented systematically. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings show that HRM is implemented through manpower planning, selective recruitment, continuous training, performance evaluation, and a structured compensation system. The S.M.A.R.T approach ensures clear goals, measurable indicators, realistic targets, relevance, and time-bound implementation. HRM implementation significantly enhances teacher competence and contributes to improving educational quality.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dan kontribusinya dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Terpadu Pahoa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan S.M.A.R.T untuk mengevaluasi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program MSDM. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa MSDM diterapkan melalui perencanaan SDM, rekrutmen selektif, pelatihan berkelanjutan, evaluasi kinerja, dan sistem kompensasi terstruktur. Pendekatan S.M.A.R.T memastikan tujuan spesifik, indikator terukur, ketercapaian realistis, relevansi, dan batas waktu pelaksanaan. Implementasi MSDM secara signifikan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan kualitas pendidikan.
