Transformasi Operasi Produksi Menuju Green Operations Melalui Kepemimpinan Berwawasan Lingkungan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris peran Kepemimpinan Berwawasan Lingkungan sebagai katalis utama dalam memfasilitasi keberhasilan Transformasi Operasi Produksi menuju Green Operations pada sektor manufaktur. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari manajer operasional dan supervisor, hipotesis utama penelitian ini adalah bahwa Kepemimpinan Berwawasan Lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adopsi praktik manufaktur hijau. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Berwawasan Lingkungan, terutama melalui dimensi visi hijau dan keterlibatan pemimpin, merupakan prediktor yang kuat dan signifikan (p < 0.01) terhadap keberhasilan Green Operations. Temuan ini memperkuat Green Resource-Based View (G-RBV), yang menegaskan bahwa komitmen dan nilai-nilai lingkungan yang diinternalisasi oleh pemimpin merupakan aset non-berwujud krusial yang memungkinkan perusahaan mengatasi resistensi, memobilisasi sumber daya, dan menyeimbangkan tuntutan profitabilitas dengan kinerja keberlanjutan. Secara praktis, studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada ekologi adalah prasyarat fundamental bagi perusahaan yang berupaya mencapai efisiensi operasional sekaligus tanggung jawab lingkungan.
