Analisis Proyek Nasional Internasional PT Goro dan Inovasi Investasi Fraksional

This study analyzes national and international projects of PT Gotong Royong Teknologi GORO implementing fractional property investment based on blockchain technology within globalization context. Research objectives examine asset tokenization product innovation, regulatory challenges, business risks, expansion strategies, and company's MNC positioning responding to global market dynamics and Industry 5.0 revolution. Descriptive qualitative method with case study approach utilizes literature studies and company documentation for data collection. Analysis reveals fractional property investment model offers inclusive opportunities and high liquidity despite regulatory and technological risks. International collaboration strategies, big data utilization, and integration of cultural, locational-regulatory, human resource aspects become success keys for PT GORO as emerging MNC-type company. Research contributes to innovative sustainable property investment technology development in Indonesia.
Penelitian ini menganalisis karakteristik proyek nasional dan internasional PT Gotong Royong Teknologi GORO yang mengimplementasikan investasi properti fraksional berbasis teknologi blockchain dalam konteks globalisasi. Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji inovasi produk melalui tokenisasi aset, tantangan regulasi, risiko bisnis, strategi ekspansi, dan peran perusahaan sebagai multinational corporation MNC dalam merespons dinamika pasar global dan revolusi industri 5.0. Pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus menggunakan pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur dan dokumentasi perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan model investasi properti fraksional menawarkan peluang inklusi dan likuiditas tinggi meskipun menghadapi risiko regulasi dan teknologi. Strategi kolaborasi internasional, pemanfaatan big data, dan integrasi aspek budaya-lokasi-regulasi-sumber daya manusia menjadi kunci kesuksesan PT GORO sebagai perusahaan tipe MNC yang sedang berkembang. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi investasi properti inovatif dan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.
