Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Peran Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Sarana Prasarana Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Motivasi Guru Pada Swasta di Pamulang Barat Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Guru pada SMP Swasta di Pamulang Barat Tangerang Selatan yang berjumlah 111 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Dan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner.. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis structural equation model – Partial Least Square (SEM SmartPLS), dengan variabel bebas, yaitu Kompesasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Sarana Prasarana serta variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja dan Motivasi Guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Melalui Motivasi Guru.
