Keberlanjutan organisasi telah menjadi isu strategis dalam praktik bisnis modern, di mana perusahaan tidak hanya dituntut untuk mencapai kinerja ekonomi, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Dalam konteks ini, Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) dipandang sebagai pendekatan kepemimpinan yang mampu membentuk kesadaran dan perilaku ramah lingkungan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pemimpin menyampaikan visi keberlanjutan, menunjukkan keteladanan hijau, serta membangun komitmen karyawan terhadap praktik ramah lingkungan di tempat kerja. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengkaji faktor pendorong dan penghambat serta peran budaya organisasi dalam mendukung keterlibatan hijau. Penelitian ini berlandaskan teori Green Transformational Leadership, Green Human Capital, dan Green Practices. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus diterapkan pada PT. Nuvision International Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan pemimpin yang konsisten, komunikasi nilai keberlanjutan, dan budaya organisasi yang mendukung berperan penting dalam memperkuat komitmen karyawan terhadap praktik hijau. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman kontekstual mengenai peran GTL dalam membangun perilaku organisasi yang berkelanjutan.
