Pengaruh Knowledge Management, Learning Organization, Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Kerja Pada PT Cipta Mapan Logistik

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Knowledge Management, Learning Organization, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT Cipta Mapan Logistik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang disebarkan secara daring kepada 204 karyawan dengan tingkat respons 100%. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Knowledge Management berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Learning Organization dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, tetapi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Analisis pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja tidak memediasi hubungan Knowledge Management dengan Kinerja Karyawan, namun memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh Learning Organization dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,574 menunjukkan kemampuan prediktif model yang cukup kuat dalam menjelaskan variasi Kinerja Karyawan, sehingga peningkatan kinerja tidak hanya ditentukan oleh pengelolaan pengetahuan, tetapi juga oleh organisasi pembelajar dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif melalui peningkatan motivasi kerja.
