Analisa Efektifitas Kinerja Mesin Turning Star SB-16 dengan Metode Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Di PT.Mitsuba Indonesia

ABSTRAK
PT. Mitsuba Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufakur electrical yang tidak terlepas dari masalah yang berakaitan dengan efektivitas mesin dan peralatan yang diakibatkan oleh big losses. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) adalah suatu prinsip manajemen untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi produksi perusahaan dengan menggunakan mesin secara efektif. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil pada mesin turning star sb-16 bahwa nilai OEE untuk periode Januari–Desember 2015 berkisar antara 69,97%-70,68%. Kondisi ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan Mesin turning Star sb-16 dalam pencapaian efektivitas penggunaan mesin belum cukup, karena karena masih dibawah kondisi yang ideal (>85%), untuk mencapai nilai yang ideal perlu dilakukan tindakan perbaikan. Adapun yang mempengaruhi nilai OEE dan menjadi proiritas utama adalah faktor Idling&minor stopages sebesar 52,51% dan Reduce Speed Loss sebesar 40,66%.
