ANALISIS KELAYAKAN PENDIRIAN USAHA SABLON PLASTIK DI JELAMBAR, JAKARTA BARAT DENGAN METODE CAPITAL BUDGETING TAHUN 2020-2024

Abstract

Peluang bisnis pada saat ini sangat beragam jenisnya, seperti usaha sablon plastik yang dijalankan haruslah melakukan dahulu studi kelayakan bisnis. Dengan perencanaan yang baik memungkinkan usaha dapat dijalankan dengan waktu yang lama sehingga memberikan keuntungan maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besaran investasi dan modal awal usaha sablon plastik serta kelayakannya. Untuk mencapai tujuan dan dapat diaplikasikan pelaku bisnis, dilakukan analisa pada aspek finansial menggunakan metode capital budgeting versi optimis, moderat dan pesimis menggunakan rasio-rasio Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitabilty Index (PI), Average Rate Of Return (ARR), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) dan Discounted Payback Period (DPP). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapatkan jumlah investasi yaitu Rp. 11.500.000, modal awal yaitu Rp. 89.320.000, serta perhitungan menggunakan rasio-rasio tersebut pada versi optimis, moderat dan pesimis dinyatakan layak dijalankan.
