ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN BAHAN BAKU AIR MINUM KEMASAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PROBABILISTIK

PT.X merupakan unit usaha integrasi yang memproduksi air minum dalam kemasan jenis Galon 19 liter, Botol 600 ml, dan Gelas Cup 220 ml. Penelitian ditujukan pada bahan baku produk Cup 220 ml, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pengendalian persediaan terbaik dalam penentuan waktu dan jumlah pemesanan bahan baku dengan mempertimbangkan total biaya persediaan optimal. Penentuan waktu dan jumlah pemesanan bahan baku memerlukan peramalan permintaan, maka dalam penelitian ini jenis peramalan yang digunakan adalah metode Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, dan Regresi Linier. Hasil peramalan metode Regresi Linier dengan Y = 203,5334 + 18,09 (T) merupakan metode peramalan paling akurat. Hasil perhitungan model pengendalian persediaan terbaik untuk bahan baku Cup adalah model Lost Sales dengan total biaya persediaan Rp. 13.835.147, Reorder Point (r) 4.613 Pieces, dan pemesanan optimal () 2.264 Pieces. Untuk bahan baku Lid Cup adalah model Back Order dengan total biaya persediaan Rp. 3.825.282, Reorder Point (r) 0,4472 Roll, dan pemesanan optimal () 0,1585 Roll. Dan untuk bahan baku Straw adalah model Back Order dengan total biaya persediaan Rp. 1.602.752, Reorder Point (r) 88 Packs, dan pemesanan optimal () 100 Packs.References
