ANALISIS PERENCANAAN KEBUTUHAN MATERIAL KAPORIT UNTUK MENGOPTIMALKAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU DI CV. MITHA PERDANA

Penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada peramalan pemakaian kaporit untuk perawatan kolam renang CV. Mitha Perdana karena sering kali mengalami kehabisan stok dikarenakan sistem order yang kurang tepat. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengendalian persediaan, menentukan kapasitas order, dan membuat interval pemesanan dengan metode EOQ. Proses peramalan dilakukan berdasarkan data histori enam bulan terakhir, dengan pendekatan Moving Average. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan perkiraan jumlah pesanan pada bulan april adalah sebesar 350 pcs, dengan standart deviasi 35,56 pcs Jumlah order ekonomis ditentukan sebesar 159 liter. Sedangkan jumlah pemesanan, yaitu sebanyak 27 kali setahun serta kesimpulan dari analisis ABC bahwa total kebutuhan perusahaan terhadap bahan baku kaporit diperoleh sebesar 8637 Pcs. Dengan itu bahan baku kaporit yang kritis atau masuk dalam kategori golongan A.
