Analisis Produktivitas Kapal Limin KST 41 Dengan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness Dengan Pendekatan Prinsip Total Productive Maintenance Di PT LIMIN KST

Perhitungan nilai produktivitas kapal Limin KST 41 dengan metode OEE (Overall Eqipment Effectiveness) meliputi pengukuran Availability, Performance dan Quality guna mengetahui Six Big Losses sebagai identifikasi faktor dominan penyebab losses pada kapal serta merumuskan dan merekomendasikan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan serta improvement yang sesuai guna meningkatkan produktivitas kapal dengan pendekatan TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Pada periode Desember 2019–November 2020 nilai OEE (Overall Eqipment Effectiveness) kapal berada pada nilai 79,76%. Losses tertinggi adalah reduce speed dengan total time losses sebesar 1725,16 jam sehingga mempengaruhi nilai performance kapal. Fokus perbaikan dilakukan guna mengurangi nilai reduced speed dengan menerapkan usulan strategi perawatan dari faktor 4M1E (manpower, machines, material, methods, environment). Perbaikan melibatkan top management hingga low management dengan menerapkan 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) dan delapan pilar TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Setelah perbaikan dan pemeliharan dilaksanakan, pada periode Januari–Maret 2021 reduced speed mengalami penurunan menjadi 250,53 jam. Dengan demikian nilai OEE (Overall Eqipment Effectiveness) mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan sebesar 87,83% dengan rata-rata kenaikan sebanyak 6,53% per bulannya. Nilai tersebut sudah memenuhi standar OEE (Overall Eqipment Effectiveness) perusahaan sebesar 80% dan persentase standar Japan Institute For Plant Maintenance (JIPM) sebesar 85%.
