Pengembangan Produk Wafer Stick Berdasarkan Preferensi Konsumen (Study Kasus PT. Food and Baverage Industry)

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengembangan produk berdasarkan preferensi konsumen, terhadap keunggulan bersaing untuk meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui kepentingan atribut produk terhadap preferensi konsumen, keunggulan bersaing produk terhadap pengembangan produk. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat sekitar perusahaan Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 120 orang terdiri dari 60 responden remaja, dan 60 responden dewasa pengambilan data memakai kuisioner dengan jawaban skala likert dari sangat tidak suka sampai sangat suka. Alat analisis menggunakan analisa faktor. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukan produk yang paling dominan adalah produk 5 (berat 8gr, rasa vanilla, panjang 10cm). Analisa anova menunjukan tidak terdapat perbedaan antara responden remaja dan responden dewasa. Strategi pengembangan produk diperlukan untuk pengembangan produk diperlukan untuk pengembangan produk dengan berat 8gr, rasa vanilla, panjang 10cm.
