Rancang Ulang Gudang Barang Jadi ang Efektif dan Efisien dalam Era Industry 4.0 Studi Kasus: Gudang Pada Industri Alas Kaki

Pada tesis ini meneliti dan menganalisa gudang pada PT. XYZ sehingga menemukan permasalahan yang dihadapi dan merancang ulang gudang dengan mengimplementasikan teknologi 4.0. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, pada tesis ini menggunakan pendekatan dan komparasi teknogi pergudangan yang ada, kemudian disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kemampuan perusahaan. Terdapat empat teknologi yang dianggap mampu menjawab permasalahan ini, yaitu gudang dengan sistem AS/RS, AS/RS + BS, VNAR, VNAR + BS. Pada tesis ini menggunakan perhitungan VSM (Visual Stream Maping) untuk analisa waste. Sedangkan untuk analisa sistem gudang menggunakan ARC (Analisa Relationship Chart) dan SLP (Systemic Layout Planning). Dari penelitian diketahui permasalahan data dan informasi saat ini sebesar 36%. Dari hasil penelitian ini, menyarankan rancang ulang gudang dengan sistem AS/RS karena bisa full FIFO dan akurasi data meningkat. Kapasitas penyimpanan meningkat dari 31.680 karton menjadi 63.360 karton. Hasil efisiensi waktu yang diperoleh sebesar 2.037,7 detik.Downloads
