PT X manufactures automotive components, including control cables, window regulators, door latches, and metal components. From October 2024 to March 2025, the Former FM06 machine recorded 21.28 hours of downtime due to lengthy setup activities and failures of critical components. This study aims to develop a preventive maintenance strategy using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), supported by Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Logic Tree Analysis (LTA). Data were collected through observation, interviews with operators and maintenance technicians, and company maintenance records. The analysis included a Pareto diagram, calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN), classification of failure consequences, and calculation of MTTF, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance intervals. The shaft contributed the largest downtime, accounting for 14 hours or 65.78%, while the nut had the highest RPN of 250. The recommended maintenance intervals are 343.77 hours for the shaft, 799.79 hours for the nut, and 1,446.24 hours for the motor. Implementing these intervals is expected to reduce unplanned downtime and improve production reliability.
