Aplikasi Metode Time Series, Goal Programming, dan Analytical Hierarcy Process (Ahp) dalam Perencanaan Produksi Section Tooling Non Metal Clf di PT. ABC, Tbk

Tooling Non Metal CLF adalah merupakan Section dari Departement Enginerring di PT. Selamat Sempurna, Tbk yang kegiatan produksinya memproduksi mold plastik. Dalam perencanaan produksi selama 1 tahun kedepan dengan Time Series diperoleh nilai jumlah total ramalan permintaan sebesar 51.940 pcs. Jika dibanding dengan jumlah permintaan aktual sekarang sebesar 44.053 pcs, itu berarti ada kenaikan sebesar 7.887 pcs. Hasil perhitungan dengan Goal programming dapat tercapai dengan biaya minimum sebesar Rp 750.281.900,- dan tanpa adanya penambahan jam kerja maupun jam lembur. Hasil hitungan dengan metode Analytical Hierarcy Process diperoleh urutan prioritas yaitu : 150 HPU, 230 RSPU B 1, 230 RSPU 2 B, 150 RSPU 1, 330 HPU A, 230 RSPU 1 A, UP SPPU, 330 RSPU 1 B, 330 RSPU 2 B, 230 HPU A, 230 HPU A, 230 RSPU 2 A, LW SPPU, 230 HPU B, 230 RPU B, 480 RSPU 2 A, 330 RSPU 1 A, 330 HPU B, 230 RPU A, 330 RPU A, 330 RPU B, 480 RSPU 2 B, 480 RSPU 1 A, dan yang paling terakhir 480 RSPU 1 B.
