Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan metode dalam bentuk pelatihan keterampilan melalui ceramah, demontrasi dan Tanya jawab dan sasaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah pelaku anak didik klas II jakarta. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik dengan menggunakan sistem online daring (zoom), juga ditunjukkan adanya rasa antusias yang tinggi dari para peserta sebanyak 30 orang yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dan peserta juga dapat memahami seluruh penjelasan materi dengan baik serta merasa puas dan senang adanya kesesuaian materi dengan kebutuhan yang diinginkan para peserta dalam pengembangan bisnisnya. Adapun faktor pendukung pelatihan ini dapat berjalan dengan baik adanya dukungan dari pihak (LPKA) serta pihak dari Universitas Pamulang  untuk mengikuti pelatihan tersebut. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu adanya kondisi pandemik Covid-19 mengakibatkan proses kegiatan PKM harus dilaksanakan melalui sistem daring dan tingkat pengetahuan dari sebahagian pelaku LPKA yang sangat kurang memahami penggunaan teknologi internet.

This PKM activity uses methods in the form of skills training through lectures, demonstrations and questions and answers and the target of this PKM activity is the perpetrators of Jakarta class II students. The results of the implementation of this service activity can be carried out very well using the online online system (zoom), it is also shown that there is a high enthusiasm of the participants as many as 30 people who take part in the training activities and participants can also understand all the explanations of the material well and feel satisfied and satisfied. happy with the suitability of the material with the needs of the participants in developing their business. The supporting factors for this training can run well with support from the party (LPKA) as well as parties from the University of Pamulang to take part in the training. While the inhibiting factor, namely the Covid-19 pandemic condition, resulted in the process of PKM activities having to be carried out through an online system and the level of knowledge of some LPKA actors who did not really understand the use of internet technology.
