PERAN PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI BAGI MASYARAKAT DESA RAWAKALONG

Abstract

Community service is carried out by the Pamulang University academic community in the framework of carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, apart from teaching and research, it also aims to provide counseling to the community in the process of developing self-potential in order to achieve fair and equitable knowledge capabilities without expecting rewards in any form. Problems faced by the community that immediately require solutions (settlements) or potentials that can be developed need to be identified first. The village government is an element of government administration whose job is to serve the needs of the community. The village government has the duty and responsibility to take care of the community in order to create a prosperous society. Based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, it is stated that the village government is obliged to provide and improve services to the community and in carrying out its duties, the village government is obliged to carry out good administration and implement the principles of transparent village governance. Among the roles that must be carried out by the village government include service, regulation, guidance, coordination, management and development. As for one of the main tasks that must be carried out by the village government is to serve the administrative needs of the community such as obtaining family cards, ID cards, birth certificates, resident certificates, letters of good behavior and so on. The PKM team used the counseling method by involving several parties and students for the effectiveness of the results to be achieved. The service we carry out is targeted at the community and all Rawakalong Village staff. The village head welcomed the community service with the theme ROLE OF VILLAGE GOVERNMENT IN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR RAWAKALONG VILLAGE COMMUNITIES
